Appointment Policies

Cancellations/Rescheduling
To avoid having to pay a fee, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time to give others a chance to book. After 48 hours, it is no longer considered rescheduling and rather a last-minute cancellation. Last-minute cancellations will be charged a fee of 50% of the total balance of your service(s). 

No-Shows
If you are unable to show up to your appointment and give no notice OR if you cancel right before your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the total balance of your service(s). Please be considerate and let us know if you can’t show up to your appointment.

Lateness
All appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you are not at the salon within 10 minutes of your appointment, we cannot guarantee your service can be completed. If you wish we may go through with your appointment, however, you will only have the remaining time from the original time slot booked. If you wish to go through with your appointment this means you understand that your service may not be done to completion and you will still be charged full price. If you do not wish to go through with your appointment We will reschedule for another day and you will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance of your service(s).

Fill Ins
You must have 50% of your extensions remaining on both eyes to be considered a fill. Foreign fills are unfortunately not accepted due to the complications they can cause. Please book a full set and removal if you have lashes from a previous artist still on your eyes. Anything over 21 days (3 weeks) is considered a full set will be charged as such. After two(2) fill ins you must book a full set, and removal if necessary, to maintain the health of your natural lashes.

Satisfaction
Here at Mazarine Aesthetics we pride ourselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue any refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service(s) you received, please notify us within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your lashes or bows can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you and providing you with adjustments at no cost as long as it’s within two days of the initial appointment.
